Dear Families,
Our party is going to be on Wednesday, October 31st after the parade. The
parade will be at 1:00 pm. We will be walking down Michigan Avenue to the bank and
back to school. Please keep the weather in mind and have your child dress
accordingly. We won’t be getting dressed until after lunch so please send your
child’s costume to school in a bag with his/her name on it. Remember that toy
weapons will not be allowed at school. Please keep these at home. I have already
contacted people about sending items for the party. Please do NOT send in things
on that day unless I ask, otherwise we end up throwing lots away. If you want to
make treat bags that is fine, just have it wrapped so we can send it home. We will
try to keep things as healthy as possible. If you are interested in helping with
getting children into their costumes after lunch (12:30 pm), walking in the parade
or with the party let me know.
Remember: No School on Thursday, November 1st!
